Since then, Kevin has branched out into Commercial & Residential Real Estate brokerage Insurance and comprehensive construction draw inspections. Kevin has continuously owned and operated Florida Valuation & Consultants, Inc. Kevin Lindheim – A native of New Orleans, relocated to Naples in 1988 and began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser, designated MAI. Kevin graduated with a bachelors degree in Accounting with post-graduate studies in Real Estate from Tulane University. Dave's foundation as a builder started when he earned an architectural drafting degree from Norwalk State Technical College. David Mola – From a long-line of family builders in Connecticut, Dave moved to Naples in 1992 and began his construction career encompassing both residential & commercial contracting.
